Should you arrange for a delivery/waybill company to pick up your goods, you should ask for the delivery fee

    But not to worry, our products are always in good condition. However, we do not accept the return of products except in the event of a factory fault

Cometstar accepts returns for its electrical products within 7 days of pick-up. To be eligible for a return, the issue for returning must be a factory fault. It must also be in its original condition and the label still intact.

Please note that only products purchased from our online store or any of our official showrooms may be returned.

Creating an account on our online store is easy, and takes a few steps

Step 1: Go to Cometstar website at www.cometstargroup.com

Step 2: Click on “My Account” option

Step 3: Select the “Create Account” option and you will be directed to the Registration Page

Step 4: Here, you will be asked to enter a valid email address and a secure password. Once you have filled out the required details, click on the “Create Account” button at the bottom of the page

You can reset your password by following these steps:

Step 1: First, go to the Cometstar website, and click on the “Sign in” button

Step 2: Then, click on the “Forgot Password”

Step 3: We will send a 4-digit verification code to your email

Step 4: Once you get the code by email please insert the code on the Cometstar platform

Step 5: You will then be able to submit your password reset and use your new password

Enter the name of the product you are looking for into the search bar, and then click the 'search' button. You will be presented with a list of results which match your search criteria. You can then browse through the list to find the exact product you are looking for

Product details and specifications for items sold on our online store can be easily accessed by clicking on the product's listing. Once you have selected the desired product, scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find a detailed description of the product's features and specifications. The product's details may also include a list of images for the product, and a list of related items
